Service Description
Sometimes we want to have a 1:1 class. Maybe you want to talk a little bit more, or chant for a longer time, or ask for meditation instruction, or to do certain kinds of body work, focusing on a specific chakra or body system. We can do kundalini, yin, stretch class, flexibility training, restorative yoga, gong baths, crystal bowls, or you can use the session for talk therapy.
Cancellation Policy
We can reschedule you if you miss a prepaid class. Just go back to the app and cancel your session. You may also text me to let me know and I can cancel it for you. If you need to miss a class, PLEASE TEXT ME at 3135166115 as soon as you know.
