Service Description
Sometimes we want to have a 1:1 class. Maybe you have a specific ailment, or want deeper knowledge, or want meditation instruction, or to do certain kinds of body work, focusing on a specific chakra or body system. We can do kundalini yoga, naad yoga, yin yoga, flexibility training, restorative postures, a 30-minute gong immersion, or you can use the session for counseling. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a private class. Just go back to the app and cancel your session. You may also text me to let me know and I can cancel it for you. If you need to miss a private class, PLEASE TEXT ME at 3135166115 as soon as you know. Please be prepared to pay for a private class that you miss but do not cancel within four hours before start time.
