Service Description
Gentle Kundalini Yoga for Seniors is a slower, more spacious practice designed for bodies that want support, not strain. We move gently. We breathe consciously. We give the nervous system time to settle. This class is especially supportive for those with low back sensitivity, reduced core strength, or anyone who simply prefers a less aerobic yoga experience. The focus is on stability, mobility, and feeling better in the body—without pushing past your edge. Chairs, ottomans, and props are always available and encouraged. You’ll be guided to work at your own pace, with options to modify or rest whenever needed. Each class also includes a meditation practice to support clarity, calm, and emotional balance. Please note: Participants must be able to climb two flights of stairs and get up from the floor unassisted. A kind, steady practice for staying connected to body, breath, and inner balance.
