Service Description
Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice that uses long, supported holds to gently stretch and hydrate the body's connective tissues and fascia. With the support of bolsters, blocks, and blankets, postures are held for several minutes, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quiet. This class emphasizes breath awareness, easeful stillness, and safe, accessible variations for every body. Perfect for reducing stress, improving flexibility, and balancing more active forms of yoga or exericse.
