Service Description
Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a deeply restorative guided meditation practiced lying down in complete comfort on cushioned cots. Through gentle body scanning, breath awareness, and simple visualization, you are guided into a state between waking and sleeping where the body can fully rest and the mind can gradually let go. This practice soothes the nervous system, supports stress relief, and leaves many participants with a lasting sense of ease and steadiness. No experience is needed — simply come ready to rest.

Cancellation Policy
We can reschedule you or offer you a refund if you miss a prepaid class. You can cancel the session yourself, or you may also text me to let me know and I can cancel it for you. If you need to be late, or to miss a class, PLEASE TEXT ME at 3135166115 as soon as you know. You will get a reminder text for every class. If I don't send you a reminder text, I do not know you are coming. :) Also, if I don't know you'll be late, doors lock at start time.
