Service Description
Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a deeply restorative guided meditation practiced lying down in complete comfort (we have cots). Through gentle body scanning, breath awareness, and simple visualization, you'll be guided into a state between waking and sleeping where the body can rest and the mind can let go. This practice soothes the nervous system, supports stress relief, and leaves you with a profound sense of ease and wholeness. No experience is needed--simply come ready to rest.
